Bilingual Customer Service BackOffice Representative
As a bilingual Backoffice customer service representative, you will be responsible for responding inbound calls and/or e-mails of customers for the line of business of US.
Roles:
Answer inbound calls and handle middle and back-office activities as well as various member services inquiries and transactions by actively listening to customers calling.
Develop an extensive and solid knowledge of our products in order to provide timely and accurate information to our customers.
Achieve individual quality and productivity targets and contribute to overall team KPI’s.
Active participation in team meetings
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree or High School completed (GED) or equivalent.
· Excellent communication skills to get with courtesy and professionalism all the inbound calls, getting solutions with positive attitude.
· Customer service
· Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken level).
· Minimum experience of 6 months in Customer Service or related.
Job Offer:
· 3-month contract offer.
· Schedules: 7:00 - 15:00, 08:00 - 16:00 and 9:00 - 17:00 with 2 days off a week (Saturday and Sunday).
