We are looking for a skilled and passionate Microstrategy Administrators to join our team. As a Microstrategy Administrator , you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the MSTR  and Power BI Platform in Allianz . This includes ensuring smooth operation, evaluating new technologies, and continuously improving performance, reliability, and automation. You will also provide MSTR Administration expertise, resolve incidents, and implement change requests for both team members and customers.

You will

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, reliable, and secure MicroStrategy  infrastructure  both on prem and on Cloud .
• Provide MSTR/PBI administration and MSTR/PBI Operations Support to all the respected Operational Entities.
• Maintaining the MSTR/PBI platforms to perform Business Analytics
• User, Group, project administration
• Installation and configuration of New version of MSTR and  working experience on  Hotfix installation and widgets
• Admin tasks like scripts using to reduce the daily activity tasks.
•  Hands on experience and knowledge on Database activities
• Working experience  configuring web & Tomcat  and widget installations on web
• Working experience on License renewals
• Troubleshooting the issues raised for MicroStrategy /Power BI platforms and infrastructure.
• Monitor the server logging and server performance  
• Monitor and manage the smooth execution of MSTR Business Intelligence Platforms ( Provide Level 2 Support to users/customers)
• Monitoring the Linux Server activities
• Platform maintenance activities
• Documentations, Tasks, preparing reports
• Troubleshooting the issues/requests raised in the form of tickets by the customers
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and automation.

Your skills

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a MicroStrategy Administration role(Must).
• Hands on experience on Linux(Must)
• Good knowledge on PowerBI (PBI)
• Incident and Change management via tools like service now
• Experienced in working with global delivery model for international clients
• Infrastructure Security Principles
• Good networking knowledge (Routing, IP, TCP)Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Good if have experience with agile development methodologies.
• 
  Good to have Having a basic understanding or exposure to AI tools would be a plus.
• Familiarity with basic AI tools is considered an advantage.
• Basic knowledge or experience with AI tools will be beneficial.
• Exposure to AI tools, even at a basic level, is a value-add.A fundamental grasp of AI tools will be an added benefit.
