Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver project activities under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, ensuring timely, high-quality
outputs and effective issue resolution, including troubleshooting, conflict management, and stakeholder
coordination
• Contribute to shaping the transformation agenda in alignment with Allianz Group strategic priorities,
gaining exposure to initiatives across Finance, Operations, Innovation, and AI enabled domains
• Support the management of transformation projects by coordinating internal and external teams across
design, implementation, and rollout phases
• Lead small to mid-sized workstreams, supporting management consultants in consolidating and
presenting outcomes to clients
• Enable clients to adopt agile ways of working and innovative approaches within strategic, large-scale
transformation programs
• Conduct client-specific analyses, synthesize findings, and translate results into clear, actionable insights
and recommendations
• Contribute to business development activities, including the preparation of proposals and pitches—
particularly across Finance, Operations, Productivity, and Transformation
• Support the deployment of finance, technology, and innovation solutions across teams and geographies,
ensuring efficient end-to-end delivery
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:
• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science/Engineering, or a comparable discipline
• For Consultant roles: 3-5 years of experience in insurance, consulting, or strategic project management
roles
• Sound project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing
priorities
• Excellent communication and executive level presentation skills, with demonstrated experience engaging
senior stakeholders in a client facing environment
Internal
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, business-focused deliverables
• Strong interest in the insurance business (prior technical experience is not required)
• Proactive, structured, and collaborative working style, combined with a strong problem-solving mindset
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, with advanced Excel (data analysis, modeling) and PowerPoint
(structured slide development) capabilities
• Full professional proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
• Exposure to international and/or multicultural environments, ideally within management consulting or
the strategy function of a multinational organization
• Agile certifications (e.g. Scrum Master, SAFe)
• Project Management certifications (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt)
