JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
The candidate will work in close coordination with the AI Transformation Lead and the CDO as a senior individual contributor. She/he will support the identification of AI opportunities across business processes, contributing to the definition of the use cases, their roadmap and business cases. The role focuses on redesigning the processes to make them AI-enabled, translating business priorities into functional requirements and actionable AI solutions, ensuring measurable impact in terms of productivity and operational efficiency and effectiveness. The candidate will operate across a portfolio of AI initiatives, supporting their prioritization and contributing to their alignment with business needs, use case design and expected value. She/he will also collaborate with Group-level stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader AI Group program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the identification, assessment and prioritization of AI initiatives aligned with business priorities and process transformation objectives.
- Contribute to the redesign of business processes to enable the effective adoption of AI solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and actionable AI use cases, producing functional specifications, epics and user stories.
- Analyze and structure business cases, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure proper understanding of requirements and support implementation phase, with a value-driven prioritization and decision making.
- Support the alignment of initiatives within a portfolio of AI use cases, ensuring consistency between business needs, use case design and expected value.
- Collaborate with Group-level stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader AI strategic program and contribute to the identification and adoption of scalable use cases across the organization.
KEY REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics or other STEM-related disciplines.
- 5–7 years of experience in AI, digital transformation or consulting roles within complex organizations.
- Strong skills in business analysis, business case evaluation, process design and functional requirements definition. Former experience in process transformation or redesign initiatives is a strong plus.
- Proven experience working on AI or digital initiatives as a hands-on individual contributor, with a strong focus on business analysis and use case definition.
- Solid applied understanding of functional and business implications of AI solutions (e.g. Generative AI, LLMs, predictive models).
- Ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders, IT and AI technical teams, acting as a bridge between domains.
- Strong analytical mindset, structured problem-solving skills and focus on value creation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
Pursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No. 96 of 7 May 2026, as amended and supplemented from time to time, the range applicable to the position offered is between € 40.000 gross and € 55.000 gross.
Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement.
The final determination of the starting remuneration will be based on an evaluation of the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and relevant experience in relation to the requirements of the role.
