We are seeking a Data Analyst who can help to enhance the skills of our Regulatory Compliance team, in line with the transformation and evolution that the compliance function has undergone in recent years.
The candidate will support the strengthening of analytical processes and data analysis for control purposes, addressing new challenges and emerging regulatory requirements. The position serves as a liaison between the Compliance function and first-line functions (e.g., IT, Data Office), particularly with regard to technically oriented regulations such as the AI Act and DORA, assisting in the collection, structuring and analysis of the information needed to ensure compliance with current regulations and support business processes. The candidate should have a solid understanding of compliance principles, advanced analytical skills, and familiarity with data management tools.


Key Responsibilities


•    Interact with first-line functions (IT, Data, Business) to collect and analyze technical information relevant for regulatory purposes, supporting Compliance in understanding and monitoring obligations required by regulations such as the AI Act and DORA
•    Design and maintain KPIs, KRIs, and compliance dashboards to support risk monitoring and regulatory compliance
•    Support the preparation of periodic reports for governing bodies, contributing to the development and automation of reporting and control processes
•    Support data governance and data quality initiatives within Compliance
•    Propose innovative solutions to optimize company compliance processes

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience


•    University Degree in quantitative disciplines (mathematics, computer science, statistics, engineering, or related fields)
•    Experience (e.g. 2-3 years) as a Data Analyst, preferably in compliance or regulated environments
•    Excellent knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
•    Critical analysis skills, attention to detail, and problem solving
•    Proactive attitude and results-oriented approach
•    Strong communication skills and a talent for teamwork
•    Excellent command of the Italian and English language
