The Distribution Italy team sits at the heart of our commercial growth strategy, supporting sales operations, broker relationships, and business development across the Italian market. Working in a hybrid setup from Milan, the team leverages data, technology, and analytical tools to generate actionable insights that drive performance and inform strategic decisions. As part of this team, you will contribute directly to the effectiveness of our distribution network and to the continuous improvement of our data capabilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel to support Distribution activities, including timely production of leading KPIs and broker analysis
- Analyze data across brokers, lines of business, and geographic zones to identify trends, surface actionable insights, and highlight growth, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities
- Maintain and improve data quality in Salesforce (SFDC) and across connected systems; oversee administration of sales-related data and ensure outputs are clear, relevant, and usable for stakeholders
- Monitor and support the effective use of SFDC, including data exchange with corresponding systems
- Support Distribution priorities and strategic initiatives, including business pipeline management and broker performance insights
- Leverage AI and machine learning — including the creation of AI agents — to enhance sales forecasting, pipeline management, and decision-making
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data utility, and reporting processes; drive continuous improvement of tools and workflows
- Proactively communicate progress, issues, and deviations from agreed plans; build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics (quantitative), Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Hands-on experience or academic exposure to Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com (SFDC) or other CRM platforms is a plus
- Basic understanding of P&C insurance industry standards and terminology is a plus
- AI and Machine Learning
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear, actionable insights
- Attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging colleagues at all levels across the organisation
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Pursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No. 96 of 7 May 2026, as amended and supplemented from time to time, the range applicable to the position offered is between €34.500 gross and €39.000 gross.Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement.The final determination of the starting remuneration will be based on an evaluation of the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and relevant experience in relation to the requirements of the role.
