Join Allianz as a BI & Reporting Data Analyst within our IT Data Analytics Platforms team, where you will be at the forefront of managing and evolving our IT platforms for Data Management & Reporting. Our team is responsible for the continuous enhancement of the corporate data platforms to meet new business requirements and for defining and implementing the strategy for its technological evolution.
In this dynamic environment, we are seeking a BI & Reporting Data Analyst with proven experience in designing, developing, maintaining business intelligence solutions for the organization and leading transformation projects. You will play a crucial role in managing and continuously improving the current platform ("as-is") while strategically defining and executing steps to evolve towards solutions aligned with our target architecture.

What you do
- Designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions for the organization, you also play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful information that drives strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities include creating and managing BI and analytics solutions based on PowerBI, supporting, until their decommissioning, the maintenance of the current solutions realized with Microstrategy or SAS.
- Turn data into actionable insights, develop reports and dashboards; you work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver comprehensive BI solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency, supporting the troubleshoot of issues related to data, reports, or dashboards.
- Active participation in the re-engineering of the current DWH Oracle platform, transitioning them to the latest evolutions towards top-notch Data & AI Platforms , working on projects in close collaboration with external analyst and developer groups
- Support the design of scalable, robust, and secure solutions that facilitate the evolution of the platforms while maintaining its current functionalities, improving the users experience, integrating and modelling new information content on the DWH platform.
What you bring
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proven problem-solving attitude, essential for managing complex system transformations.
- Proven track record as a data analyst and BI & reporting expert, demonstrating adaptability and expertise in managing complex projects.
- Good understanding and knowledge of data warehouse design principles (e.g., OLAP, Star Schema) and data modelling (3FN, Data Vault).
- Good knowledge and experience of Oracle-based architectures and solutions for data insights and reporting (Oracle Sql, PowerBi, Microstrategy, SAS EG/PC).
- Knowledge or experience with cloud platforms or solutions such as SQL pool, Databricks, DBT and the ability to integrate different technological components.
