About the job

 

The IT Solution Designer will be involved in the management of application maintenance and new developments for the ticketing platform implemented on the SNOW platform used by Allianz Italia companies. The Ticketing system used is based on the market platform with important customizations aimed at directing business processes.

He will be part of a team composed of both internal and external resources and which operates in an international context and in close collaboration with the other IT areas.  The objective is to ensure the availability of applications without defects and the punctual and budgeted delivery of new developments, and to be an interface and p.to of reference for the Business as regards the functional aspects of the platform.

He will report to the IT application manager, also proactively supporting him on international initiatives, which will involve IT and business to define how to converge towards common processes and platforms based on local requirements and maintaining local specificities.

 

What you do

 

  • Interface with the business user for the management of requests both in terms of drafting functional requirements and planning.
  • In-depth knowledge of the business processes developed on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Monitor the activities of the Application Management team (outsourced to an external vendor), to verify compliance with the required service levels and the fulfillment of tickets within the agreed SLAs.
  • Ensure that new implementations and projects are planned and executed in line with the group's business strategy and IT standards.
  • Hold weekly alignment meetings to share the status of tasks, any critical issues, and possible solutions.

 

What you bring

 

  • In-depth knowledge, with at least 3 years of experience in managing the ServiveNow marketplace platform.
  • Experience as a PM/PMO and functional analyst is appreciated.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proven problem-solving attitude, essential for managing complex system transformations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong goal-oriented mindset, initiative, autonomy, proactivity, problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in navigating infrastructural constraints and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical thinking skills, with fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
