Tariff and Underwriting Implementer Junior

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

The candidate would be required to provide support to the Tariff Systems & Uw Tools unit across the full spectrum of deployment on tariff and underwriting systems ensuring the competitiveness, optimizing the time to market and taking into account the tools performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Implementation of tariff components into the pricing tool

·      Implementation of underwriting components

·      Scenario Testing analysis to evaluate the impact of different tariffs
on portfolio performance and to verify the effectiveness of the introduced measures

·      Development and maintenance of

o   features and products

o   rating factors

o   reports based on relevant KPI's

·      Data exploration analysis using internal and external sources

·      Data collection and preparation for ad hoc analysis

·      Collaboration with other business functions

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

·      Recent graduated or proven experience (e.g. 1-2 years) in Insurance/Consulting Company with focus on Data/Pricing

·      Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Engineer, Physics or Computer Science

·      Knowledge in Radar software (Willis Towers Watson)

·      SQL and Python

·      Proficient with Office

·      Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

·      Ability to work both independently and in team as well as to engage and interact with different stakeholders

·      Team spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive result-driven working style as well as ability to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and cultures.

·      Strong ability to work under pressure and sharply meet deadlines

·      Fluent in English
