As a Senior Account Services Representative, you will be responsible for partnering with your operations manager to triage internal business partner escalated cases, directing workflow within business units, analyzing trends from business unit performance and identifying areas of opportunity for training, coaching and/or process improvements, and fostering relationships within Operations, Allianz stakeholders, and other key business partners, including internal/external Distribution partners. You will provide value to key business partners by serving as a partner to provide exceptional customer experience outcomes. You will successfully influence business results through strong relationships, recommending/implementing process improvements, identifying quality trends, and providing training. You will be accountable for accurately applying extensive knowledge of Allianz's business, products, customers, and Operations and adhering to established guidelines, policies and procedures, and regulations. You will use sound judgement to make the appropriate decisions for both the customer and Allianz.
What you do:
- Act as initial point of contact for incoming escalations from business partners and triage cases to determine best course of action and assign out for resolution within the business unit.
- Partner with key business stakeholders (i.e. Relationship Management associates, contact center representatives, legal, compliance, risk-based quality associates, distribution contacts, vdenor partners) by providing education, coaching, training and proactive communication. Understand internal and external business needs including industry trends. Takes ownership, exercises sound judgement to ensure a positive service experience.
- Actively seek areas for service and process improvements, identify and analyze trends for proposed changes to improve process efficiency and ensure accuracy and ease of business. Accurately apply extensive process knowledge to proactively anticipate customer needs and identify any potential issues, create recommendations and facilitate action for resolution.
- Act as a team lead, mentor or subject matter expert for assigned area. Provide training and coaching to other employees.
- Serve as a lead contact for offshore business partners; point of contact for workflow questions and distribution of work as needed through escalations.
- Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).
What you bring:
- 4 or more years experience required: Allianz Operations or Distribution
- Four year degree or equivalent work experience
- You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B, L-1, TN, etc). If you are currently on CPT/OPT, you are ineligible due to the need for future immigration sponsorship.
Base Salary Range: $47,000 - $88,000
Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
