What you do:
Under limited supervision, works with business partners, key stakeholders, and business area records custodians to develop, enhance and implement methodologies and processes to identify, assess, and
improve records management controls across the organization. Collaborates with Legal, IT, and ATA to align on scalable records management methodologies and Group-led ASIDM initiatives. May partner with more senior consultants on complex and/or large-scale initiatives.
- Develop and maintain the records management framework (e.g., policies, procedures, standards, and tools).
- Partner with records custodians to provide day-to-day consultation on records management practices and control effectiveness. Coordinate with records custodians and personnel on execution of records management activities.
- Develop ongoing reporting and analysis in support of the records management framework. Lead reviews and discussions with business leaders regarding findings, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver records management related training; provide coaching and mentoring to records custodians and other personnel as needed.
- Provide consultative support to assist with gap closure and key risk projects.
- Oversee the records custodian network across all business areas
- Support SharePoint Online Document Management System functionality and training
- Support legal hold management
- Support eDiscovery efforts
- Lead ongoing deletion initiatives
- Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).
What you bring:
- 4+ years’ experience required: Operations, Records Management, Insurance/Financial services experience and/or relevant technical experience; strong analytical skills; knowledge of basic project management practices and of risk management methodology
- Four-year degree required or equivalent experience
- You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B, L-1, TN, etc). If you are currently on CPT/OPT, you are ineligible due to the need for future immigration sponsorship.
Base Salary Range: $67,000 - $121,000
Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
