- Provide architecture governance oversight during project execution to ensure adherence to enterprise strategy
Process & Capability Optimization
- Analyze and document business processes and information flows across new business, policy administration, and claims functions

- Champion enterprise platforms and reusable business services to drive efficiency and reduce redundancy
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with business leaders, architects, and delivery teams to co-create architecture artifacts and future-state visions
- Communicate complex architecture concepts in clear, business-relevant terms to diverse audiences
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, influencing decision-making with a strategic, enterprise-wide perspective
- Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)
