What you do:

The FP&A Consultant Associate supports timely and accurate deliverables of the team / division with guidance. This role maintains, prepares or coordinates basic reports, projects and / or analyses in support of broad-based finance and business needs. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. You will report to the FP&A Director.

 

Develop, interpret and implement financial analysis and reporting for expense management and control:

  • Support EUM (expenses under management) and FTE forecasting and monthly analysis process for the company (Direct and Line of Business)
  • Prepare monthly expense variance results for key stakeholders
  • Assist development of financial models and perform analysis for business leaders and finance management
  • Coordinate monthly expense accrual process
  • Contribute to US and Global expense benchmarking survey completion

Support annual budgeting for the company:

  • Work closely with financial consultant team members supporting business units to implement structural changes
  • Review and consolidate cost center expense allocation measures in line with IFRS/GAAP/STAT guidance
  • Maintain budget tools utilized by finance management, business leaders and financial consultants
  • EUM budgeting for corporate related items

Projects:

  • Ability to work on basic projects to build knowledge of company, industry and / or technical knowledge
  • Develop ability to work on intermediate projects through participation
  • Assists in ad hoc requests and deep dives as necessary
  • Support process improvements

 

Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)

 

What you bring: 

  • 0-1 years’ experience required in financial education or experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.

 

Base Salary Range $48,000-74,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
