What you do:
To support high‑quality enterprise‑wide meetings and events, this position serves as a Senior Multimedia & Production Specialist responsible for leading the execution of assigned events with a high degree of independence. The role partners with internal stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver reliable, cost‑effective production solutions aligned with event objectives. This position independently operates and supports multimedia technology across Allianz meeting and event spaces and provides production leadership for pre‑event planning, day‑of execution, and post‑event follow‑up. The role contributes to a consistent, professional event experience through technical expertise, collaboration, and proactive problem solving. You will report into the Director of Meeting and Event Services.
Job responsibilities:
- As assigned and with a high degree of independence, collaborates with event sponsors and meeting planners to execute event production, including providing technical input on audiovisual needs, staging, lighting, sound, and video requirements
- Leads on-site production execution for assigned meetings and events, including pre-production preparation, rehearsal support, day-of technical execution, and post-event follow-up
- Independently operates and supports multimedia technology and equipment for internal customers and partners, ensuring reliability and a high-quality event experience
- Maintains and supports Allianz multimedia technology and equipment across meeting and event spaces, including the Allianz Auditorium, Presentation Rooms, Cafeteria, Boardroom, and Gold Campus meeting rooms
- With minimal supervision, captures and edits video and audio content and produces still photography for internal meetings or communications as needed
- Provides pre-production and day-of technical support for Allianz meetings and events in partnership with the principal production lead and Meeting & Event Services team
- Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)
What you bring:
- 6+ years’ experience required including progressive production experience driving and developing audio-visual experiences with at least 3 years demonstrated experience using standard video and audio editing software and other standard design software (e.g. - PhotoShop, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, communications or equivalent work experience required
- You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas
Base Salary Range $69,000-103,500
Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
