This role provides strategic, consultative support to sales leadership and other key stakeholders. Responsible for leading projects to significantly improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force in high net worth markets. Develops and implements advanced strategies, high net worth initiatives, and programs intended to achieve top and bottom-line business results and overall business unit goals. Ensures alignment with current company goals and policies. May provide work direction to other team members.

 

What you do:

  • Premium Finance Assurance & Strategic Project Leadership – Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving sales operational processes and outcomes. Administer the Premium Finance Assurance function, including strict adherence to program rules, vendor consideration/approvals, field communications, individual case evaluation, pre- and post-issue audit activity, and reporting. Provide strategic, consultative support to sales leadership and other key stakeholders related to advanced strategies, initiatives, and programs intended to achieve top and bottom-line business results and overall business unit goals.
  • High Net Worth Programs & Distribution Representation – Lead the development and implementation of High Net Worth sales programs, including coordination of distribution, marketing, and enterprise operations. Represent Distribution in various meetings and initiatives, ensuring that appropriate decisions are made and effectively communicated. Ensure alignment with Distribution-specific and company-specific goals and policies.
  • Industry Awareness & Stakeholder Relationships – Stay apprised of the industry landscape and emerging trends. Recommend changes to applicable programs as necessary. Develop and maintain productive working relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).

 

What you bring:

  • 8-10 years’ experience required: Relevant work experience with at least 6-7 years annuity and life industry experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
  • Four-year degree required or equivalent work experience
  • Life and Health Insurance license required
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.

 

Job posting range: $140,000 - $220,000

 

Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. This role is also eligible for a variable compensation program. The actual variable compensation earned is driven by assigned territory and individual sales performance.
