Summer 2026 Asset Liability Management (ALM) Analyst Internship | Fully Onsite

The ALM Analyst Internship will not only give you exposure to traditional actuarial topics but also provide a strategic investment perspective as you work with our liability-driven investment portfolio. Collaborating closely with our talented actuarial and investment teams, you'll gain invaluable insights into translating ALM model results into actionable strategies. With exposure to multiple departments, this role will allow you to broaden your understanding of different facets within the organization.

What you do:

• Develop ALM tools and analysis to drive business impacts
• Utilize your technical skills and programming expertise to enhance ALM processes and drive efficiency improvements.
• Take charge of fundamental ALM processes and analyses to maximize asset selection for targeted liability business lines.
• Assist in responding to inquiries from external auditors, state regulators, and rating agencies to uphold transparency and compliance standards.

What you bring:

• Superior communication, programming and math skills
• Experience using Excel, VBA and/or other programming languages
• Robust data analysis skills for evaluation and interpretation of ALM metrics and trends.
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in mathematics, finance, economics, computer science, actuarial science, engineering, or related technical field.
• You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.

Base Salary Range: $31/hr – $35/hr
Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
