Role Overview
We're looking for a Technical Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. You'll be the bridge between what the business needs and how it gets built — translating requirements into scalable technical solutions, guiding Product Owners, and serving as the go-to expert when production issues strike.
This role is a Full time position with a Fixed Term Contract- contract end date December 2027
Key Responsibilities
Drive Technical Solutions
- Partner with Business Analysts to turn business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Design scalable, maintainable solutions and guide developers through implementation
- Assess technical feasibility and flag challenges early
Own Incident & Problem Management
- Act as the escalation point for critical production incidents — diagnose root causes, propose fixes, and implement workarounds to restore service fast
- Lead post-incident reviews and drive preventive measures through proactive monitoring and risk assessments
Collaborate Across Teams
- Serve as the liaison between Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, Testers, and Application Support
- Support backlog prioritization, test planning, and technical debt management
- Run technical huddles, incident drills, and retrospectives to continuously raise the bar
Document & Improve

- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation (design specs, architecture diagrams, user guides)
- Stay ahead of industry trends and champion best practices across the team
- AI readiness- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
Skills & Behaviours
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communicator — able to make complex topics simple for any audience
- Strong command of English (written & verbal)
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven experience in system design at scale
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
- Experience: 5–8 years in the Software Development Life Cycle, with proven experience as a Technical Product Manager in a software development environment
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies
- Legally permitted to work in the country of operations
- Physically fit to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the role
Reporting & Working Conditions
The position reports directly to the Technical Manager – Health Platform, with close coordination across the department and the wider company
Working conditions are standard for an office environment
Due to the nature of the role, extended working hours may occasionally be required to support incident resolution or critical project milestones
