Job Summary

Developing and executing effective training programme that contribute to agents’ productivity.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute and support agent development path and training programme that improve agents’ retention and productivity.
  • Digitalized training programs that improve training effectiveness and enhance agent training experience.
  • Involve and assist in department /division project that align to company overall goal.
  • Ensure training compliance by agents.
  • Ensure quality and effectiveness of the training programme and compliance.
  • Handle agencies’ enquiries on training related matters with excellent service mindset.
  • Participate in company’s, division’s and department’s events and projects.
