Finance P&C - Transformation Analyst

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Transformation Analyst to join our P&C Finance team. This role will focus on supporting Finance P&C projects and processes, particularly in the areas of finance transformation, management reporting, process alignment, and finance platform tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial planning and controlling, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support Finance P&C Global Transformation Manager:

• Collaborate with Global Heads and the P&C FP&A Transformation Manager to execute end-to-end finance transformation initiatives.
• Provide administrative, analytical, and coordination support to ensure timely achievement of project milestones and deliverables.
• Facilitate documentation, workflow alignment, and cross-functional collaboration during transformation activities.
  
  

2. AI-Driven Process Improvement & Reporting Innovation:

• Utilize cutting-edge AI technologies to automate, optimize, and enhance finance processes.
• Gather requirements from management and translate them into reporting/system specifications.
• Develop and maintain financial models, AI-enabled tools, and digital finance solutions.
• Assist in designing and rolling out new management reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and governance.
• Conduct control checks and drive continuous improvements in reporting and processes.
  
  

3. Finance Planning, Controlling & Tool Governance:

• Act as a subject-matter expert for FP&A and finance tools, including cost allocation, planning, and reporting platforms.
• Manage user governance, including access management, training, documentation, and lifecycle changes (implementation, enhancements, decommissioning).
• Collaborate with IT and global teams to ensure system stability and process efficiency.
• Support cost allocation, recharging processes, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Analyze financial data to generate insights and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  
  

4. Advanced Excel, Modelling & Data Analytics:

• Leverage advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze large datasets.
• Build sophisticated financial models, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Create automated dashboards, pivot tables, charts, macros, and scripts to improve efficiency.
• Enhance reporting processes through automation and digital tools.
  
  

5. Presentation, Communication & Stakeholder Management:

• Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership updates and project communications.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with international stakeholders.
• Support the Finance P&C Expert in stakeholder alignment, expectation management, and project delivery.

Profile Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of FP&A, management reporting, and finance transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of cost allocation, recharging methodologies, and financial controls.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and the ability to build or configure AI agents.
• Advanced Excel skills with expertise in financial modeling and data manipulation.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to create executive-level presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with experience working with international stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment.
  
  

Experience:

• 4–7 years of experience in Finance, with at least 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital finance tools and technologies.
  
  

Education:

• CA / CMA / MBA in Finance / B.Com with strong FP&A and digital finance expertise.
