Job Details / Role Purpose:

The role involves executing procurement activities with a strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, adhering to established process documentation and Allianz Partners' standard procedures. The primary responsibility is the efficient and accurate processing of vendor invoices related to general expenses.

 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices (general expenses) in Ariba with Purchase Order (PO) numbers, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Manage a high volume of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Address vendor queries related to Ariba and provide effective resolutions.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate within a team structure to achieve key performance indicators and objectives, maintaining a strong focus on results.
  • Handle queries efficiently, ensuring end-to-end resolution.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required and provide guidance to team members.
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.


Profile Key Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Work Ethic: Conscientious, responsible, and highly detail-oriented with a results-driven approach.
  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate qualification.
  • Languages: Proficiency in French or German is an added advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant experience.
