Position Summary:

The Customer Data Management Specialist is responsible for updating and maintaining customer data in the Allianz France IT database, ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. This role involves reviewing customer data from various sources, implementing change requests, and providing first-level support to business users for master data-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Review and Update: Receive and review customer data from different sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Update the customer database with relevant information and implement customer data change requests.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Inform stakeholders regarding changes performed in the customer database, ensuring transparency and collaboration.

  • Data Quality Assurance: Perform periodic data reviews to identify shortcomings, investigate root causes, and correct data inaccuracies.

  • Support and Troubleshooting: Act as the first level support to business users, investigating and solving master data-related issues promptly and efficiently.

  • Reporting: Perform regular reporting on activities related to customer database management, providing insights and updates to relevant stakeholders.

Profile Requirement:

  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or IT Finance.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
  • Strong understanding of finance principles.
