PA/PD Risk Management Support Specialist

Role Purpose:
The role involves supporting Risk Management processes related to the Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) program, including communications, training, Top Risk Assessment, and Control Testing. The position will also focus on the design and rollout of the NFRM program, training materials, and tools administration to ensure effective implementation and alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Non-Financial Risk Management Program Design & Training
- Collect the NFRM plan approved by Line of Business Risk Management teams and ensure alignment on expectations.
- Communicate the NFRM plan to internal stakeholders.
- Update data into relevant (Connect) pages owned by Risk Management on the NFRM program.
- Design training materials on the NFRM program.
- Deliver the rollout of the training and awareness plan.
Top Non-Financial Risk Assessment
- Organize workshops with Risk Vector experts and document the results.
- Populate data into the NFRM tool.
Control Testing
- Define and document controls for in-scope control objectives in collaboration with Risk Vector experts.
- Prepare the annual NFRM control testing execution plan with all stakeholders.
- Conduct control testing, including evidence collection, review, and follow-up for missing or unclear evidence.
- Collect conclusions on control testing results and agree on action plans with action owners.
- Prepare control test reports for presentation at Risk Committees.
- Populate results into the NFRM tool.
Risk Management Tools Administration
- Collect queries from Risk Management Tools users and classify them by type and priority.
- Develop and communicate quick user guides for Risk Management Tools.
- Develop training materials on Risk Management Tools User Guidelines.
- Perform regular activities in Risk Management Tools and control the rationale.
- Implement coding rules for Risk Management Tools.
- Perform regular user access reviews to deactivate unnecessary accesses, implement changes, and document results.

Finance and Risk Management
- Strong finance acumen to understand and interpret financial implications.
- Solid understanding of risk management principles, particularly non-financial risk management.
