Risk Management Support Specialist
NOIDA, IN
Role Purpose:
The Risk Management Support Specialist will support the execution of key processes related to the Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) program, including communication and training, Top Risk Assessment, and control testing. The role also involves administering Risk Management tools, ensuring alignment with Allianz Group standards, and fostering a culture of risk awareness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Non-Financial Risk Management Program Communication & Training:
- Collect and align the Non-Financial Risk Management plan with Line of Business Risk Management teams.
- Communicate the approved NFRM plan to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update internal web pages (Connect) related to the NFRM program.
- Design training materials and steer the roll-out of the Training and Awareness plan.
- Evaluate the success of the Training and Awareness plan and propose improvements.
2. Top Non-Financial Risk Management Risk Assessment:
- Organize workshops with Risk Vector experts and document results collaboratively.
- Populate data into the Non-Financial Risk Management tool to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
3. Control Testing:
- Define and document controls for in-scope control objectives in collaboration with Risk Vector experts.
- Prepare and execute the annual NFRM control testing plan with all stakeholders.
- Conduct control testing, including evidence collection, review, and follow-up for missing or unclear evidence.
- Summarize control testing results, agree on action plans with owners, and prepare reports for Risk Committees.
- Populate control testing results into the Non-Financial Risk Management tool.
4. Risk Management Tools Administration:
- Collect and classify queries from Risk Management Tools users, providing timely responses.
- Develop and communicate Q&A documents, training materials, and user guidelines for Risk Management Tools.
- Conduct regular training sessions for different types of users.
- Manage user access requests, validate rationale, and implement access rights.
- Perform regular reviews of user access rights, deactivate unnecessary accesses, and document results.

- Experience in collaborating with remote teams and ensuring seamless communication.
4. Finance and Risk Management:
- Strong finance acumen to understand and interpret financial implications.
- Solid understanding of risk management principles, with a focus on non-financial risk management.
