SAP Technical Expert - Master Data

JOB DETAILS / ROLE PURPOSE:

The SAP Technical Specialist is responsible for understanding SAP technical knowledge, managing booking schemes, and identifying interface issues between feeder systems and SAP.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Possess strong knowledge of SAP, including the ability to set up tables and build booking schemes.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of SQL, including running queries.
• Have foundational accounting knowledge.
• Understand feeder and core system interfaces.
• German language competence is an advantage.
• Document SOPs, analyze processes, and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  
  
  

PROFILE KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in resolving SAP and feeder interface issues.
• Proactive decision-making and actions.
• Ability to undertake initiatives and deliver quality results, often with competing deadlines.
• Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to support and mentor team members in task execution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously while displaying strong teamwork ethics and attributes.
  
  

EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years
EDUCATION: B.COM/MBA/SAP Technical knowledge
