We are looking for a Head of IT , North America (m/f/d), based in New York, NY, Chicago, IL or Minneapolis, MN. 

The Impact You Will Have  

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Head if IT, NA will be is responsible for driving strategic IT initiatives aligned with the region’s growth strategy. This leader will communicate transparently with North America management on significant IT changes, lead the adoption and integration of Generative AI technologies, manage application portfolio renewal and decommissioning in the US, and oversee IT cost management. The role provides leadership for GenAI projects, contributes to rapid productivity initiatives, and steers IT operations and delivery for Allianz Technology of America. Collaboration with senior management and AZT is essential to implement strategic initiatives, optimize delivery models, streamline processes, and address IT legacy challenges.
