About the role
- Oversee the project and program governance framework with care, ensuring adherence within Allianz Technology Australia SE, fostering a culture of compliance and excellence.
- Collaborate across various pillars of Allianz Technology Australia SE and with customers, ensuring delivery requirements are understood and addressed with empathy and precision.
- Manage demand horizons with finesse, balancing needs within Allianz Technology Australia SE and customer expectations, nurturing relationships and understanding.
- Guide and protect the portfolio lifecycle, managing risks, issues, dependencies, financials, and delivery methods, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and desired business outcomes.
- Act as a central contact and local owner of strategic change tools, ensuring compliance and governance obligations are met, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and standardisation.
About you
- Possess extensive experience in project management within complex matrixed environments in general insurance or financial services, gracefully navigating challenges and fostering growth.
- Lead a team of project management professionals with empathy and vision, inspiring collaboration and excellence in every endeavor.
- Skillfully run a Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring smooth operations and strategic alignment with organizational goals.
- Well-versed in OPEX, Lean, Six Sigma, and Project Management methodologies, applying them with precision to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excel in managing change and driving organizational transformation, leveraging effective processes, collaboration, and communication to inspire commitment and participation across the board.
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
