Agency Transformation Senior Manager

Purpose of the Role

 

As an Agency Transformation Senior Manager you will be operating in a fast-paced environment representing the interests of the Chief Agency Officer (CAO). You will be responsible for supporting not only day to day business operations and projects of CAO but also key medium to long term transformation projects. As a part of your role, you will have the opportunity to have a 360 view of entire business from sales to operations to finance.

 

 

Responsibilities of the Role

 

Data Analytics & Reporting:

 

  • Lead the data analytics and reporting for Agency for KPI tracking and steering
  • Ensure quality reporting to sales management and agency force

 

Strategic Initiatives & Framework:

 

  • Develop frameworks & governance structure that guide priorities and long-term business objectives
  • Support CAO during the planning dialogue and strategic dialogues annual exercise

 

Project Management:

 

  • Oversee the overall planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

 

Distribution Experience:

 

  • Support development of digital tools, automated workflows, and technology solutions that improve sales processes and customer engagement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance productivity through digital innovation

 

Market Insights:

 

  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of market intelligence, competitive insights, and industry trends.
  • Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.

 

 

Requirements for the Role

                                                                                                                  

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience with exposures in sales & distribution, customer experience, project management and strategy (experience in agency is a plus)
  • Good numerical ability
  • Demonstrated ability to guide cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and change management skills
  • Project management skills with attention to details
  • Creative and open mindset with proactive attitude
