Purpose of the Role
As a Recruitment Partner you will be responsible for driving manpower growth in your assigned region by executing recruitment strategies, promoting key programs, and collaborating with field leaders to attract, onboard, and develop top-performing Agents, Leaders and Managing Partners. You will serve as both regional drivers and functional experts, ensuring that recruitment goals are consistently achieved through effective planning, stakeholder engagement, and program ownership.
Responsibilities of the Role
- Regional Recruitment Strategy Execution
- Develop and implement tactical plans to achieve regional manpower targets.
- Organize and lead Business Opportunity Presentations (BOPs) and recruitment campaigns.
- Monitor pipeline metrics from lead generation to successful coding.
- Program Leadership and Expertise
- Own and champion key recruitment programs: ACE such as DNA, AZAP and LEAP
- Support program expansion and rollout across all regions when needed.
- Provide training and mentoring on the assigned program to field leaders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration

- Collaborate closely with SMTs, MPs, and RBMs to drive aligned recruitment efforts.
- Promote contests, program mechanics, and onboarding processes to the field force.
- Act as the point-of-contact for recruitment program support in assigned region.
Requirements for the Role
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
- Proven work experience in recruitment and in insurance industry.
- Possesses interpersonal communication skills and good public relation to maintain satisfactory customer service and effective coordination with other parties
- Should be flexible and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-oriented
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Computer skills (MS office proficiency)
- Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training
- Proficiency in using AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback.
