PROJECT & BUSINESS ANALYSIS INTERN W/M

Your Role
We are looking for a motivated intern to support project management and business analysis activities. You will gain hands-on experience managing projects, analyzing business processes, and helping deliver an AI-powered transformation initiative, collaborating closely with IT engineers, business stakeholders, and product owners.
Responsibilitie
- Support project planning, tracking, and reporting (scope, roadmap, risks, dependencies)
- Prepare and update project documentation, including business cases, process flows, and requirements
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Create project updates, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management
- Assist in preparing and facilitating project meetings, workshops, and agile ceremonies; document meeting outcomes
- Gather and document requirements for automated and AI-enabled information/document management features
- Manage and maintain project collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Teams)
- Contribute to change management and communication activities for new feature
