Territory Network In-charge - AM

Role Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and Territory Netowk Incharge to oversee and optimize the performance of our provider network in a smaller territory. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless day-to-day management of providers, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights and innovative approaches to enhance operational efficiency and align with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provider Network Management:
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by all providers.
- Conduct periodic audits of provider infrastructure to maintain quality standards.
- Provide regular training to providers and technicians to ensure continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence:
- Drive key Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage depot operations, including administrative and day-to-day activities, wherever applicable.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of payments with providers.
Customer Escalation Management:
- Act as the point of contact for resolving customer escalations promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the contact center team to coordinate case-related activities with providers.
Team Leadership:
- Lead a small internal provider team, ensuring compliance with SOPs and achievement of SLAs.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
AI-Driven Insights:
- Utilize AI tools and data analytics to optimize network operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement AI-enabled solutions to enhance provider performance and customer satisfaction.
Profile Key Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Graduate or Technical Diploma with 5+ years of experience, preferably in the automotive industry or large field service operations.
- Proven experience in field operations is mandatory.
- Technical background and exposure to the automobile repair industry are highly desirable.
- Experience in managing large teams and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
System Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office with strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Exposure to AI tools, data analytics, or project management methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) will be an added advantage.
Initiative:
- Self-starter with a proactive and innovative mindset.
- Energetic and capable of driving team performance and operational efficiency.
Teamwork:
- Strong collaboration skills to liaise effectively with multiple functions, external providers, and the internal network team.
