Apprenticeship Investment Planning & Controlling (IPC) - H/F

Description of the mission

Reporting to the Investment Planning & Controlling (IPC) team within the Finance Department, you will support the team in the financial monitoring and reporting of real estate investment structures.

• Preparation and review of financial performance reports (NAV, equity bridge, cash flows) for internal management and investors
• Support in budgeting, forecasting and business plan updates for real estate SPVs
• Analysis of variances between actuals and budgets (KPIs, performance drivers)
• Contribution to controlling tools, templates and reporting processes
• Support on ad-hoc analyses related to asset disposals, dividends, capital movements and impairment tests
• Interaction with internal stakeholders (asset management, accounting, tax) and external service providers

Profil / Compétences

• Master’s degree student (University, Business or Engineering School) with a specialization in Finance, Accounting or Controlling
• Looking for a 12–24 month apprenticeship
• Strong interest in real estate finance and investment structures
• Solid fundamentals in finance and accounting
• Comfortable working with financial models and large datasets
• Fluent in written and spoken English (French is a plus)
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Rigorous, structured, proactive, able to work with tight deadlines
