Position summary & responsibilities
You will join the Portfolio and Client Solutions team (PCS). Your main assignments will be as follows:
- Participate in the acquisition of data (quarterly rent roll, DWH upload), their integration and their correct restitution in our IT system
- Enhance and build analytics, using internal software including coordination with other departments (Asset Management, Transaction, IPC..)
- Contribute to the production of portfolio reporting and analysis for various stakeholders
- Participate in new work and initiatives related to process standardization
- Assist in the development of tools (benchmarks, stress tests, monitoring of key indicators)
- Maintenance and enhancement of equity portfolio data analytics and reporting
- Master degree from Business / Engineering school with a focus in Data analytics, Finance, Real Estate or related fields.
- Proven experience with a demonstrated focus on data analytics. A first experience in real estate would be a plus
- Knowledge of Power BI (or any similar data visualization tool) appreciated.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), including the ability to produce professional reports and presentations.
- Proven ability to structure and maintain large datasets, develop analytics dashboards, and streamline data workflows that enhance portfolio management processes.
- Fluency in French and English.
