Apprenticeship - Portfolio and Valuation (m/f/d)

Position summary & responsibilities

You will join the Portfolio and Client Solutions team (PCS). Your main assignments will be as follows:

• Assist in managing valuation campaigns with external appraisers (including organizing and participating in property visits)
• Collects, analyzes, and reports appraisal related market data through internal and outside sources.
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance including return metrics, cash flows, and asset valuations to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide insights into regional market trends, and property sector performance
• Support the team with reporting, analysis and presentation to the investors
• Perform quarterly analysis on mains KPIs for dedicated sub portfolio for all asset classes
• Conduct data research for transaction assessment (sales, acquisition, asset management),
• Challenging assumptions on rental values, vacancies, and returns, to support decision-making
• Coordination with other teams within the organization

Profile / Skills

• Master degree from Business / Engineering school with a focus in Finance, Real Estate or related fields.
• A first experience in real estate (Valuation, Asset management, Audit, Investment, M&A, FP&A) would be a plus.
• Proficiency of cash flow modeling required. Knowledge of Argus Enterprise is a plus  
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), including the ability to produce professional reports and presentations.
• Fluency in French and English.
