We are looking for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support an increase in workload, with a planned start date in mid-September or October.
 

In this role, you provide operational and advisory HR support across the employee lifecycle for several European locations. You work closely with managers, employees and HR stakeholders to ensure effective HR delivery, compliance and a positive employee experience.

 

Key Responsibilities :

 

1. Recruitment & Employer Branding

  • Manage recruitment processes for permanent and temporary roles, interns and apprentices
  • Clarify hiring needs with managers and coordinate selection steps
  • Support interviews, job creations, hiring decisions and compensation positioning

 

2. Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Coordinate onboarding activities and communications for new joiners
  • Ensure smooth integration with managers, IT, workplace, payroll and HR teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding processes and tools

 

3. Offboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage offboarding processes, including resignations, contract ends and transfers
  • Coordinate required IT, compliance, administrative and HR system actions
  • Conduct exit interviews

 

4. HR Administration & Compliance

  • Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments and HR documentation
  • Coordinate with payroll, HR operations, legal, schools and external providers
  • Ensure compliance with French labor law, internal policies and employee data updates
  • Handle specific employee situations and support UK payroll inputs and ESPP administration

 

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and support professional interview campaigns
  • Coordinate training programs, logistics, documentation and follow-up
  • Contribute to learning initiatives, reporting and adoption of new technologies, including AI solutions

 

6. Employee Relations & Legal Advisory

  • Advise managers on HR, employee relations, contractual and labor law matters
  • Support organizational changes, transformations and individual employee situations
  • Monitor legal developments and ensure compliant HR practices

 

7. Staff representatives Relations & Governance

  • Prepare and coordinate Works Council (CSE) meetings, agendas and supporting documentation
  • Organize formal processes, including convocations, follow-ups and minutes
  • Support compliance with employee representative obligations and company-level agreements
  • Drafting and negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and coordination of employee representative elections

 

8. HR Reporting & Data Management

  • Produce and monitor HR metrics and legal reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems
  • Propose automation and process improvement opportunities using digital tools

 

9. HR Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in local and international HR projects, including HRIS and process improvements
  • Support harmonization of HR practices across countries
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across core HR processes

 

10. Stakeholder Management & Coordination

  • Act as an interface between local teams, central HR functions and external providers
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across France, UK, Germany, Italy and Spain
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across functions

 

Key Skills & Competencies :

  • Solid knowledge of French labor law and exposure to international HR environments
  • Ability to manage end-to-end HR processes with rigor and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in French and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable using digital and AI-enabled tools while maintaining critical judgment, compliance and ethical standards
  • A minimum of 8+ years of Human Resources experience within a similar international organization or industry excluding internships and apprenticeship placements..
