We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Senior Consultant to join our AI & Productivity practice area, located in Paris (France) and support us on a broad range of AI and productivity-driven transformation projects of different scope and complexity.

Our AI & Productivity team focuses on:

• AI strategy & Economics: Identify productivity use-cases, assess their technical feasibility and business case. Deliver strategies from selecting optimal tech stacks to crafting roadmap
• AI-Powered Governance: Provide expert advisory on data/AI governance. Ensure uses cases & solutions comply with Allianz's internal governance, privacy, and external regulatory standards.
• End-to-end process transformation: leveraging advanced technology and AI to initiate POCs and drive significant transformations across end-to-end processes, enhancing decision-making and productivity for Allianz Group entities.
• Cross-hub collaboration: boosting collaboration across Allianz Consulting hubs to share best practices and scale AI and productivity solutions globally.

Key Responsibilities / You will get to:

• Deliver engagements under the guidance of an Allianz Consulting Engagement Manager or a Principal Consultant, ensuring compliance with project timelines and deliverables. You will solve client challenges, facilitate workshops and meetings, and manage client and stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build business cases, and design AI-driven solutions tailored to client needs, and share ideas with the Engagement Manager on hot topics that may lead to new project opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and partner in their AI and productivity transformation journey. Support the transition of AI-driven solutions into production, ensuring adoption and sustainable run.
• Contribute to Allianz Consulting internal initiatives.

Key requirements/What we hope you bring:

• Proven track record (for more than 4 years) in leading business analysis activities, leveraging AI and advanced technologies to drive end-to-end process transformation and improve decision-making and productivity
• Solid understanding of AI concepts and their business applications, including Agentic AI with the ability to identify and frame relevant use cases for clients
• Hybrid Business/IT profile with strong expertise in insurance operations and technology environments.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service and support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French
• Master's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, Claude, Copilot, and GenAI tools

Desired requirements /skills /experience

• International professional experience
• Familiarity with data & analytics, prompt engineering, or low-code/no-code platforms
• Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks or platforms (AI agent orchestration, agent builders)
