What you do

 

This role coordinates platform needs and improvements across departments, focusing on simplifying IT processes and enhancing collaboration. Key resposabilities include:

  • Simplification of IT Procedures: Streamlining processes related to training, network management, and commercial operations across EHA and Multi platforms
  • Tool Optimization: Ensuring the continuous evolution and improvement of tools such as Sinapps, including effective collaboration with stakeholders like B Partner and Darv
  • Process Efficiency: Simplifying and aligning operational activities between EHA and Multiassistance to enhance productivity
  • Project Coordination: Leading initiatives such as the "Smooth Journey" project to ensure seamless operational execution
  • Procedure Development: Drafting and implementing clear, actionable procedures for use across the platform to improve operational alignment
  • Evaluation and Monitoring: Assessing the performance and impact of implemented tools and processes, ensuring alignment with operational goal
