Job Purpose

We are looking for a People & Culture Administrator, to join our People & Culture team. The job holder will be responsible for providing HR administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, payroll, and ERGANI compliance. This person will also maintain accurate records, support leave and remote work management, and serve as a first point of contact for HR employee inquiries. This role reports to the People & Culture Manager – Payroll, Budgeting & Reporting.

 

What you will do

  • Assist in the onboarding process by preparing employment contracts and accurately entering new hire information into the Payroll System
  • Facilitate the announcement of new hires and departures in the ERGANI system
  • Prepare and coordinate documentation for employee departures, ensuring compliance with ERGANI requirements
  • Maintain comprehensive employee files and records, both electronically and in paper form, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support the management of employee leave and remote work arrangements, including tracking and verifying balances
  • Provide responsive support to employees with HR-related inquiries and issues, fostering a helpful and approachable HR presence
  • Actively participate in departmental projects and contribute to team initiatives, demonstrating a proactive approach
  • Promote a positive team atmosphere and collaborative workplace culture, contributing to a supportive environment

 

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related discipline. Master’s degree is a plus
  • Up to 2-years’ experience in HR or related areas
  • Knowledge of employment and labor laws, as well as ERGANI platform regulations
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Pylon HRMS) is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel
  • High technical fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
