The Case Manager role is a great starting opportunity within the insurance industry. It provides exposure to the Worker’s Compensation industry as well as an opportunity to build your own brand amongst a diverse stakeholder list. The varied opportunities presented as part of the role allows for a variety of career progression options. About the role 

  • Proactively manage claims within delegated authority level to achieve the most cost-effective outcome within the framework of the legislation, identifying and managing return to work barriers on individual claims
  • Ensure customer service standards are maintained taken for prompt resolution of enquiries
  • Maintain and improve technical knowledge across all facets of claims management
  • Keep up to date with legislative amendments and their practical application

  • An energetic and motivated approach to managing a demanding portfolio
  • Experience in a customer-centric environment
  • Proven ability to manage your time and prioritise work tasks effectively
  • Superior customer service and communication skills
