About the role
- Underwriting a large client portfolio of profitable Workers Compensation business
- Working with teams in retaining and implementing account plans
- Assessing the risk, manage pricing, and underwrite the opportunities
- Providing a referral point assisting other underwriters
About you
- Proven track record in underwriting long tail business either workers compensation or liability
- Knowledge and experience in Workers Compensation Underwriting
- A strong analytical capability coupled with excellent verbal and written communication is essential
- A commercial awareness with demonstrated business acumen
- You will be a team player with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded but not essential
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
