What you do
- Provide legal opinions, advice, and recommendations to management and employees to ensure the lawful conduct of the Bank's activities.
- Offer opinions on credit transactions and participate in the establishment of securities in favor of the Bank.
- Draft and coordinate contract projects.
- Conduct procedural representation.
- Perform other actions within the scope of the Legal Department's functional responsibilities.
What you bring
- Completed higher education in law.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract, commercial, or property law.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to use AI technologies such as ChatGPT.
- Previous experience in a bank or financial institution is an advantage.
