What you do
- Serve as a specialist in the design and documentation of trade credit insurance contracts.
- Handle documentation of special agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Monitor contracts in progress to ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
- Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Process and decide on contract amendments that do not affect premiums.
- Ensure all amendments are accurately documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Process turnover declarations, including chasing missing information and performing consistency checks.
- Verify the accuracy of turnover declarations to maintain data integrity.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and efficient manner, promoting a customer-oriented culture.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding their contracts and policies.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports as per agreed timelines to facilitate end markets' review and analysis.
- Ensure that all reports are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered on time.
- Ensure that KPI figures are met as per agreed SLAs.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, taking corrective action as needed to meet targets.
- Offer support to new team members, providing training and sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Foster a collaborative team environment to enhance overall team performance.
- Regularly review data for consistency and completeness, making updates as necessary.
- Maintain and update policy management data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract management, or a related role within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
