Key Responsibilities

 

Policy Management tasks

Responsible for the timely execution of the following contract management/customer accounting tasks:

  • Issue new/renewal policy contracts and documentation
  • Administer contractual updates/admin updates/Policy termination
  • Chase premium base/Book premium base in the system and calculate premium
  • Prepare bonus/malus calculation
  • Issue premium and fee invoices
  • Generate regular/ad hoc reports
  • Work closely with IN offshore team

 

Customer Accounting tasks

1.Manage the fronting reconciliation process by:

  • Coordinating with insurance business partners to receive Statement on Accounts (SOA) on a systematic basis
  • Performing reconciliation based on SOAs declared and outstanding A/R  balances
  • Investigating and resolving variances arising from reconciliation process

 

2. Manage the accounts receivables process by:

  • Coordinating with clients and brokers to reconcile outstanding balances
  • Allocating properly incoming receipts and resolving payment discrepancies
  • Undertake dunning process and follow-up on outstanding premium and fee receivable

 

3. Manage the account payable process by:

  • Performing reconciliation based on intermediaries SOAs declared and outstanding A/R  balances
  • Processing of intermediaries’ commission

 

4. Manage and answer queries from internal and external clients

5. Perform ad hoc assignments as and when required

 

Super User role (Pluriform/Compass)

  • Support local users by answering queries and dealing with local system defects
  • Raise business needs to ROC
  • Support non-regression test before every releases
