Overall Objectives of Job
The Workplace Services Department is responsible for global end-to-end operations of Allianz Workplace services including Allianz Virtual Client, End Devices (Notebooks, Thin Clients, Mobile Phones), File Services, Print Service, Mailing, Intranet and Service Desk. WPS File services provide multiple products which provide managed folders (end user storage) for several Allianz Workplace types.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
- Build and optimize automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate, including custom connectors.
- Create solutions integrated with SharePoint Online, including form customization and workflow automation.
- Work with REST APIs to integrate third-party services and expose internal data securely.
- Develop and integrate with Azure components such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure AD.
- Connect to and manage data from MongoDB and other external sources.
- Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of Power Platform solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, data models, and process flows.
- Follow DevOps and ALM best practices using tools like Git or Azure DevOps.
Qualification & Experience
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
- Experience creating and managing Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Strong knowledge of custom connectors, REST APIs, and Azure services.
- Familiarity with MongoDB integration and handling NoSQL data structures.
- Understanding of authentication, role-based access control, and Azure AD integration.
- Experience with Power Fx, JSON, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
