Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT consulting or project/portfolio management.
- Fundamental understanding of IT implementation and transformation methodologies and techniques.
- A university degree in IT management, business administration, computer science, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a multinational organization is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex IT projects, preferably within the Financial Services sector.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a dynamic approach to driving team commitment and fostering long-term, trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of project management practices, methods, and tools, with a track record of delivering projects in a Scaled Agile environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and business awareness, with a comprehensive understanding of relevant systems and processes, and the ability to propose innovative solutions and initiatives.
- High level of technology awareness, including systems, technologies, and development cycles.
- Experience working within Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
- Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and team management skills, with the ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment as well as independently.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Ability to provide leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Proficient in stakeholder management.
- Experience in transformation projects is required.
