Job Purpose
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our company. The job holder will be working within the Project Management Office, ensuring that the processes are properly followed. They will be actively engaged in project analysis and execution using Agile and Traditional Methodologies.
This role report to the PM Office Manager.
What you will do
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, on budget and in scope
- Monitor the effect of changes and perform quality assurance practices defined by the Company
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Collect business requirements and translate them to technical specifications
- Propose process changes through automation and digital transformation
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration. Any master’s degree will be positively considered
- More than 2 years proven working experience in project management (ideally in PMO)
- Experience in insurance industry will be positively considered, but it is not a must
- Knowledge of software development life cycle using agile and traditional project methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Advanced computer literacy (especially MS Office, MS Project, Visio)
- PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Agile methodologies
- Advanced sense of responsibility, politeness, excellent communication, and negotiation skills
- Sufficient soft skills including attention to detail, time management, ability to work on deadlines and result-orientation
- Organized, consistent and flexible mindset
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
