Proxy Product Owner (PPO) - Designer Lead - Treasury(M/F/D)

We are looking for an experienced Proxy Product Owner (PPO) to join our Treasury & Payment Solutions squad. The PPO acts as the operational lead of the squad, ensuring strong alignment between business needs, solution design, and delivery execution. This role combines treasury expertise, functional solution design, impact analysis capabilities, and team leadership. The PPO serves as the key business interface while ensuring methodological rigor, delivery consistency, and budget governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Proxy Product Owner for the Treasury Designer squad.
• Serve as the main point of contact for business stakeholders.
• Challenge and refine business requirements with a 360° vision (functional, technical, operational, financial).
• Ensure clarity of responsibilities and scope ownership within the squad.
• Lead PPO activities
• Product & Business Interface
• Act as main point of contact for business stakeholders.
• Challenge and refine requirements with a 360° view (functional, technical, financial).
• Ensure clarity of scope, responsibilities, and priorities.
• Functional Design & Architecture Understanding

Act as Treasury Designer, with strong expertise in:

encaissement
décaissement
Design and oversee ENCLIC (cash-in) processes and related payment flows.

Ensure strong understanding of application architecture, including:

Functional flows
Technical flows
System interdependencies
Impact analysis across applications
Analyze and validate CHANGE requests, assessing impacts on systems, flows, and business processes.

Perform logical anomaly analysis and root cause reasoning.

Ensure consistency of application logic and flow design.

Functional Design & Impact Analysis

Design and oversee treasury processes (cash-in / cash-out), including ENCLIC (cash-in).
Analyze CHANGE requests and assess functional and technical impacts.
Understand application architecture, flows, and interdependencies.
Perform logical anomaly analysis and ensure consistency of application logic.
Squad Leadership & Planning

Lead the PPO activities within the squad.
Manage workload planning and resource allocation.
Supervise complex and transversal topics.
Ensure estimation coherence and challenge effort sizing.
Budget Governance (AZT)

Monitor budget consumption
Ensure compliance with annual financial rules and forecasting.
Track KT / TURN and overall financial performance.
Profile

Strong expertise in treasury (encaissement / décaissement).
Solid understanding of payment flows and application architecture.
Experience in impact analysis, estimation, and budget follow-up.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Structured, analytical, and delivery-oriented mindset.
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

7+ years of experience in solution design, financial systems, or IT delivery roles.

PO certification is a plus.
