AI Program Manager

You’ll collaborate with engineering, data, risk, security, and legal teams to transform cloud-based AI capabilities into products that are trusted, compliant, and create measurable value. You don’t need to tick every box or master every tool listed.

What You Do
Product & Program Ownership
- Define the vision, roadmap, and priorities for AI products and automation programs.
- Translate business, risk, and regulatory needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Drive iterative delivery with engineering, data science, and platform teams.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders in a matrixed enterprise setting and support adoption and change management.
Enterprise Readiness & Compliance
- Embed compliance, security, and Responsible AI principles from the very beginning.
- Work with legal, compliance, information security, and model risk teams to ensure appropriate governance and controls.
- Ensure that AI solutions adhere to internal policies and external regulations.
Technical & Platform Collaboration
- Collaborate with platform and architecture teams to design scalable and reusable AI solution components.
- Understand the fundamentals of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Databricks) without needing deep engineering expertise.
- Help shape requirements for observability, supportability, and operational robustness in production environments.
Value Realization & Risk Management
- Define and track success metrics (adoption, efficiency, risk reduction, user satisfaction).
- Identify and manage risks across technical, operational, and regulatory dimensions.
- Communicate progress and risks effectively to senior stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Experience as a Product Manager, Program Manager, or similar role within data, technology, or AI domains.
- Background in large enterprises or regulated industries is a plus (not mandatory).
- Experience moving AI/ML or analytics use cases from concept to adoption (production or scaled rollout desirable).
- You don’t need to be an expert engineer; we value technical fluency and the ability to engage confidently with engineers.
Desired (not Required)
- Familiarity with cloud AI and data platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Databricks.
- Ability to discuss concepts like data pipelines, APIs, MLOps, observability, or integration patterns.
- Interest or experience in how regulation, privacy, and model risk affect AI products.
- Ability to translate regulatory expectations into practical product features.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across different organizational levels.
- Clear communication and ability to simplify complex AI topics.
