Job Purpose & Role
-
The functional area “Digital Customer Interaction” within AZ Technology steers and bundles all technical platforms and tools for digital marketing (frontend, websites, campaigns, data & analytics, customer portals and journeys). Tools & technologies are rolled out to Operating Entities (organizational units of Allianz within different countries) while ensuring high efficiency and scalability. The unit “Customer Data, Analytics and Marketing Execution” within the functional area is looking for a multi-solution architect with the responsibilities and experiences as outlined below
Key Responsibilities

Define the product vision & product roadmap for Adobe Digital Marketing Technology Stack together with the other Product Owners and communicate to various stakeholders within the Allianz organization

Break down complex business and technical strategies and roadmaps into consumable requirements for Adobe Solution teams to execute
-
Define a technical architecture of multiple solutions fitting Allianz Group use cases, strategy and technical needs
-
Industrialize the technical architecture of multiple solutions (standardized templates, blueprints & playbooks) to ensure highly efficient and scalable rollouts
-
Conduct the global rollout of Adobe digital marketing solutions into Allianz Operating Entities – based on industrialized technical blueprint and standardized project approach

Review current customer implementation, landscape and customizations and define steps to move towards the global blueprint

Oversee technical project delivery and closely manage the project scope

Steer and manage cross-disciplinary teams across regions as product owner
-
Ensure best-in class and smooth communication with both the customer and internal teams while constantly managing high customer expectations

Provide strategic guidance and direction to customers for maximizing their digital marketing effectiveness (e.g. data driven insights)
Key Requirements, Skills & Experiences

Overall experience 10 –12 years
-
5+ years relevant experience in any of the following areas:
-
Technical & Hard Skills
-
Leading professional services role such as Technical/Solution Architect, leading delivery of web applications or analytics implementations
-
Experience in large scale installations and multitenancy for Adobe Experience Cloud respectively Adobe Experience Platform is a must
-
Experience in implementing solutions within the following areas: web content management, rich internet applications, web & social analytics, marketing automation, online ad targeting, content personalization, online user identification
-
Experience in implementing and promoting best practices for the entire software lifecycle including product development, test automation, continuous integration, continuous delivery, containerization, security and automated deployment
-
Leading professional services role such as Technical/Solution Architect, leading delivery of Adobe Campaign development/implementation activities
-
Knowledge in performance optimization of rendering, caching, time to first render and time to first interaction
-
Experience in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and data modelling & analytics – demonstrating a good understanding of data visualization, reporting, data modelling, machine learning and artificial intelligence

Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices on topics such as personalization, cross channel marketing, mobile, data driven optimization of experiences

Languages & Technologies
-
Experience in working with Adobe technology stack including Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Real-time Customer Data Platform, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe WebSDK

Expertise in the following languages and technologies: HTML5, Java Script, XML, Java, WCM, services-based architecture, REST, JSSP, web analytics and content targeting

Knowledge about modern web frameworks (Angular, Vue, React) is desirable
-
Experience in cloud technologies as e.g. AWS S3, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud

Methodology & Soft Skills
-
Strong agile mind-set and understanding of the agile software development processes (Scrum, Kanban), ceremonies and roles (being able to fully own and drive a topic as a product owner)

Robust knowledge about productization – having demonstrated to industrialize/standardize a service/technical solution and scale it within a company
-
Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills in English and desirable also additional languages– being able to convey complex topics in a simplified manner to both top management as well as customers and internal teams
-
Excellent problem-solving skills (quick issue identification, ability to solve well and know when to reach out to internal resources to assist)
-
Excellent social skills & intercultural experience – having demonstrated to manage individuals and teams across countries, ability to manage offshore teams
-
Experience in managing various stakeholders within and outside of the organization with partly deviating interests

Solid understanding of business context – being able to define KPIs/metrics jointly with the customer to measure the success of technological implementations

Desirable but not essential: experience as consulting manager in a large consulting organization, project management in large digitization and transformation programs
- Having a basic understanding or exposure to AI tools would be a plus.Familiarity with basic AI tools is considered an advantage.Basic knowledge or experience with AI tools will be beneficial.Exposure to AI tools, even at a basic level, is a value-add.A fundamental grasp of AI tools will be an added benefit.
