Key Responsibilities:
1. Archer Development and Configuration:
-
- Develop and configure new and existing Archer applications, modules, and solutions based on business requirements.
- Design and implement custom workflows, notifications, reports, iViews, and dashboards within Archer.
2. Integration and Data Management:
-
- Integrate Archer with other enterprise systems and data sources to enhance functionality and data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain data feeds, APIs, and other integration points to automate data exchange between Archer and other systems.
- Ensure data integrity and security within Archer by implementing appropriate controls and safeguards.
3. System Administration and Support:

- Perform system administration tasks, including user and access management, application updates, and system health checks.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Archer performance issues, ensuring optimal system performance and availability.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders, addressing any issues or questions related to Archer.
4. Collaboration and Requirements Gathering:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements related to GRC processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide support in assurance activities to enhance the security of the IT EGRC service.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, design specifications, configuration guides, user guides, training materials, and FAQs to support end-user adoption.
5. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay current with Archer updates, new features, and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to better support GRC initiatives.
- Lead or participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the organization's GRC capabilities.
- AI related skills knowledge and experience is added avantage.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Archer development and administration.
Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in designing and developing Archer applications, workflows, data feeds, and reports.
- Strong understanding of GRC concepts and processes, including Risk Management, Incident Management, Business Continuity Management, and Policy Management.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act), BaFin, and VAIT.
- Strong understanding of Archer Access Control configuration and different levels of access permissions.
- Experience with Archer API and integration with other systems.
- Expertise in Archer Control Panel for server-side administration, including instance management, system configuration, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with web services (REST/SOAP) and data transport methods used in Archer integrations.
- Understanding of ITIL-based change, incident, and problem management processes.
- Agile methodology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Archer certification (e.g. Archer Certified Professional / Administrator).
- Experience with Archer SaaS / hosted environments and upgrade/migration projects.
- Experience integrating Archer with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python for custom objects and automation.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Exposure to broader GRC / risk tooling and enterprise security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST).
