About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Customer Service professional to join our team in Pune. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early career individuals who are eager to build a career in customer service within a dynamic and supportive environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities

Handle and process a high volume of customer service tasks efficiently while meeting daily targets

 Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via written and verbal channels

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all assigned tasks

Adhere to defined timescales and service level agreements (SLAs)

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

 

Education: Any graduation

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt style to suit different business audiences

Teamwork: Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

Attention to Detail: Ability to work with precision under tight deadlines

Efficiency: Proven ability (or aptitude) to process high volumes of tasks while maintaining quality and achieving set targets
